User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

In compliance with Meta Platform Policy and TikTok for Developers guidelines, Wentix AI provides full control over your personal data and authorized access tokens. If you wish to delete your activities and data associated with Wentix AI, please follow the steps outlined below.

Method 1: Automatic Deletion via Meta / Facebook Settings

Log in to your Facebook Account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Go to the Apps and Websites tab on the left navigation panel.
Find and select Wentix AI from the list of connected applications.
Click the Remove button.
Check the box to delete all posts, videos, or events published by Wentix AI if desired, and confirm by clicking Remove.

Method 2: Automatic Deletion via TikTok Settings

Open the TikTok App on your mobile device.
Go to your Profile > Settings and Privacy.
Navigate to Security > Manage app permissions.
Select Wentix AI and tap Remove access.

Method 3: Direct Request for Permanent Server Purge

To request the immediate and complete deletion of all authentication tokens, scheduled post logs, and metadata stored on our servers:

Send an email to privacy@wentix.ai or contacto@wentix.ai with the subject: "Data Deletion Request - Wentix AI".
Include your associated username, Page ID, or account email.

Upon receipt of your request, our engineering team will permanently erase all your records from our databases within 48 hours and issue a formal confirmation receipt.
